About Goodway

GOODWAY Machine Corporation founded by Mr.EDWARD TE-HWA YANG to manufacture table-top lathes during 1995. Company relocated to Taichung Industrial Park with a complete product line of engine lathes during 1982.

1989 GOODWAY Developed GCL-2 series CNC turning center and sold over 5,000 machines across the world. During 1996, Designed and manufactured the first live tooling turret in Taiwan and developed Taiwan’s first 6-axis turning center GTS-100. GOODWAY was certified by EMC and ISO-14000 during 1998. With the quality certification, entered Japanese market during 2002 and successfully shipped 100 units. GOODWAY expanded the product line with new Y-axis turning centers with the cooperation of major Japanese machine tool builders to develop vertical turning centers during 2005. GTS-260XY Multi-Tasking Turning Center was awarded the Grand Champion Award in the NC Lathe category. Listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Market and Central Taiwan Science Park Branch was opened as company expansion.

During 2009, GOODWAY successfully developed GMS-2600 Series Multi-axis Turning Center with simultaneous 5-axis turning and GV-1200 and GV-1600 Large Vertical Turning Centers.
